My daughter's and I are on our way to Nashville from central Ohio and we heard a sound that sounded like a flat tire. We pulled over to find the skid plate was not attached and dragging the ground. A few days prior we had taken the vehicle to a valvoline in Ohio and they didn't put all the screws back in.
The staff at this location was very apologetic, even though they didn't cause the issue. They were quick with fixing the skid plate back up and didn't charge us!
Wonderful people, wonderful service. 100% recommend!

My wife and I pulled in for an oil change and were informed that our front passenger tire needed re alignment. After we finally leave the same tire falls off 5 miles from anything! I'm 72 years old I shouldn't have to walk miles for help!
