It was terrible. While I was there, all of the guys were great, very personable and helpful. But for the second time when I left, and on my way home, they had not put the plate underneath my car back on properly and it was dragging the ground. The bolts were missing last time they did that I called. They said they did not see any extra bolts, but clearly they do not know how to attach the plate underneath Ford Broncos. This also happened to my son‘s car in May will not be going to Valvoline again, which I hate because I have always had a great experience with them in the Past. The 3rd time was 7/26/28 the 2nd was May 2026 and 1st was earlir
