They were quick with oil change. The young man who was at computer explained things well and reset my “oil change” warning light with no problems . He even shared with me my engine air filter was not screwed in .. ( I had my jeep at dealership for some repairs and they did not remember to screw it in). It was nice of him to let me know so I can go back to dealership and have them do that as Valvoline did not have the correct screws for my car.

Everyone is always so nice and they complete the service in a competent and knowledgeable manner. I also love seeing that you have ladies working there (girl power!). The floating manager is really amazing. He was very patient in instructing one of the employees during the tire rotation. I can tell he is invested in his job and truly demonstrates genuine leadership skills. You are lucky to have him!
