Paid $106 a few months ago for an oil change. They literally did just that, only changing the oil. We changed the oil at home this week, and valvoline never replaced the OEM Honda filter. They also crushed the drain plug and crush washer too tight, and it was seeping. We went there out of sheer necessity and will never give those “professionals” another dime. Will be doing them at home where the work will actually be done, and it costs less than $30 with full synthetic, and an oem filter. AVOID THIS PLACE NEXT TO COSTCO.
