1. Another car pulled in next at 5 minutes after I parked and they started his oil change first. 2. They drained and replaced oil. They then drained more oil back out. The oil on the dipstick was as dirty as the old oil. 3. I asked to speak to manager in charge. The tech yelled down the stairs that we wanted to speak with him. He never came upstairs. Another tech came to car. I expressed to him what happened. He hemmed and hawed, explained what they did was correct. I explained again that the new oil they showed me was dirty. All he would say after that was he was sorry. I’ve been a customer for years and never received such bad service and disrespect from your employees.
