Robert (manager) showed me where my car was recommended by Ford to have the Transmission Fluid replaced based on my mileage. Robert told me why this was important, gave me the price, and I agreed to the service. Unfortunately (NOTHING to do with his workmanship) to access the line for the transmission fluid was very difficult. It seems this engine (which other mechanics have told me as well) is VERY tight under the hood. Poor Robert and his colleague worked for some time to get this job completed. Robert and his colleague were very patient and didn't give up. I really appreciated their persistence. I also appreciated that Robert gave me a discount due to the amount of time the job took. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBERT. I know this was not a fun job to complete.
