I’ve been going here a long time and had good experiences but I just heard from the Ford dealership where I had to take my car because my oil pressure and engine light came on last week. Turns out at my last oil change here, the technician didn’t put the dip stick back in all the way and oil spewed out all over my engine and ran it dry. Seems like a simple thing to get right that has caused me a tremendous headache.
