I wanted my experience to be great. I went in for an oil change. Upon leaving I noticed immediately that my car was struggling to accelerate, I went home. Next morning, my car wouldn’t start. They sent a guy to look at my car and he found that my battery wasn’t tightened which was causing there to be no power transmitting to my car. It was an easy fix, he tightened my battery back in. It was just a careless mistake that caused me to have to call into work because my car wouldn’t start. Just wish everything could’ve been double checked before I left, it could’ve easily been avoided.
