I have been going to the Palomar, Lexington, KY, for years. I have never had any issues with anyone who works there. The employees are always friendly, up-beat and knowledgeable. Several years ago I had trouble with a tire that was routinely losing air. I went to this location many times and the technicians were always glad to add air to my tire. No one ever acted like it was not their problem. My tire was filled and the employee(s) who helped me sent me off with a smile and a wave. I love my Palomar Valvoline Palomar Instant Oil Change location.
