This Richmond road location was quick and very helpful to put air in our tires. They made sure the air pressure light went off. We had just gone to the Hamburg location before who only put air in half of our tires, told us to move to the next bay forward and the person waved us off instead of doing the other half of the air. What began as a disappointing Valvoline experience was rectified by this other location.

We were in from out of town and didn't have the chance to get an oil change before heading out so we opted to get one in Lexington once we got there and finished up doing what we had to do. In comparison to our local Valvoline 3 hours away in eky the experience was such a breath of fresh air to be treated with such kindness and compassion, we will do all our oil changes here if possible :)
