Waited 7-10min in the bay. And waited 35min while in the bay for the oil change. As a loyal Valvoline customer, and shareholder, this is the longest I’ve ever waited. I love Valvoline, but I didn’t feel there was a sense of urgency among the staff. The store was moderately busy, but 7-15min total wait has been my longest -NOT 40min. The staff also didn’t communicate nearly as much as other locations about the process or additional value add products and services.
