RJ, an exceptional service technician, made my recent visit to this shop a memorable experience. Earlier this week, I had my finance’s car serviced, and JR and Naomi, in particular, stood out. Their professionalism and friendliness made it easy to work with them. Their efficiency and honesty were truly commendable. The entire team, including the manager and Himothy (aka Him, the assistant manager), was memorable. The workplace was great, and there was excellent communication among the team. I returned today to work on my car, and RJ was still hard at work. Him and Nolan helped me with my oil change and started my battery. Nolan was just as excellent.
