I came to this location because my engine was actively on fire, and I knew only one person would be equipped to deal with the task; Zach, the CSP. Upon my arrival Zach rescued both my husband and two children from the burning vehicle before the Fire Department was able to respond to the emergency. He also put the fire out himself before comforting my family gently and sincerely. My next child will be named Zach due to his heroic actions that day. Thank you very much, we'll see you at family Thanksgiving Zach!

No invoice for service. Apparently my vehicle (purchased from a private seller) was last serviced in that private seller's name and the record associated with this vehicle also had his contact data. The technician didn't inform me if the inability to provide a physical invoice for service until I asked if the items we discussed would be on the invoice. (The printer apparently had no toner) I was told that I could let her use my phone to take a picture. When asked about an email. I'm told no because we were past that point. I was never given the option in the first place. Then when attempting to update the email address the lady became frustrated with her continual failures and asked another representative to "deal with him." The other rep pretty quickly completed the update of the email address, however, the email still addressed the previous owner to my email. Meaning that in spite of knowing the car belongs to me, there was no concern to do simple record maintenance to provide even the most basic customer service. In the future if the technician is inept and disrespectful don't have them interact with the public.
