If you have a Honda vehicle, DO NOT get your transmission fluid changed at Valvoline. They claim to put in a compatible fluid for Hondas. However, it is not compatible. My vehicle is experiencing issues because of the transmission fluid that they put into it. I took my vehicle to the Honda dealership and they confirmed this. I reached out to Valvoline for a reimbursement for the negligence and they denied my claim. I will never take my vehicle to Valvoline ever again. It's not worth it. You don't save money in the long run.

The technician drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil for an oil change. And it was not realized until my husband started the car. Then the technicians realized their mistake. The oil was finally changed. And transmission fluid was added to the transmission. Now my husband and I are concerned about our transmission. We cannot afford to replace our transmission. And we cannot afford a new car.
