Zero there was only two employees there they checked boxes on things they did not complete on my oil change I'm not sure what all they put in my vehicle I was told one thing but they did something else from a blue container point all they checked that they checked my tires they checked that they check different fluids they did not do any of these things but on my printout it states that they checked all of these things and everything was fine which they did not they are had also had to tell the young man aren't you going to show me my oil where it's at and if I did not ask they would not have shown me truly disappointed with this service on this date on Saturday April 11th 2026 around 9:00 a.m...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Valvoline location. I brought in two vehicles for an oil change, and both were handled poorly. It appears that the oil filter was not replaced as requested, and instead of properly changing the oil, it seems they simply topped off the old oil instead of draining it completely.
