You guys have issues at this location Arrived in the bay @ 3:45pm6 employees most of them were b/s with each over on their phones. Service took over 30 minutes.Issues 1. Had to return because they overfilled or didnu2019t drain the foil2. No one showed me the dip stick after they put oil in the first time, no air pressure checked on any tires, no fluid level checked on anything. 3. Once I returned I spoke with the assistant mgr while I had to wait back in line. Once drove in the bay the u201cManager went to bathroom to avoid the conversation and stayed in there until I left. I even sat outside the bat for 15 additional minutes. Someone needs to pull the surveillance video from this location on my truck and you tell me if the process I paid for $54.40 was completed to the level of Your operation. I asked to speak to the manager , he hid in the bathroom so l spoke to another individual who basically blew me off. I would like to speak to a District Manager. This overall job these employees did was embarrassing. One individual next bay did nothing but throw valve stem caps at employees in the under bay. Extremely unprofessional.
