I arrived 10 minutes after the location was supposed to be open and was told by a employee they were waiting on someone with keys to open. 5 minutes after that the manager shows up and was unable to unlock door due to key malfunction for another 7 minutes. Finally being the fifth vehicle in line my turn arrived and was told they did not have my oil filter and would be in til Thursday. This was a Saturday morning. Then after I told him I was not waiting that long that I could go to auto zone and pick one up and return, which I did and waited in line again. He offered me 15% off for the ordeal, but I already had a digital coupon for 15% off. I also purchased a fuel filter that came with upper and lower filters, but he only changed top, stating lower did not need to be changed. For what I believed should of been 30 to 40 minutes job ended up taking 2 hrs and for me buying my own filter should of been handled a better way to receive returning customers wanting to come back
