Whole staff was pleasant as always

Been coming to Valvoline for over ten years, came to this location to get oil changed in notes I noticed they marked something, while there I asked about and asked how much oil they extracted he said four quarts well the car holds 4 ? So my question is did this guy not know how to read a dipstick? Car was full on oil upon arrival yet in the notes it says different and when asked Bobby the employee he got irritated but I mean common sense tells you the dipstick wasn't dry if you pulled the correct amount out smh. I personally check the oil almost everyday so i know this was a blatant lie will not be coming back to this location. When they changed my air filter they ripped the intake boot I had to replace for 100. Steady decline in trustable employees at this location past three visits told me everything I need to know. If I can't trust what you tell me then maybe I'll take my business elsewhere. The way the male employee talked to me just made it worse because it still didn't register to him that he extracted four quarts of oil and said the dipstick was dry upon arrival? Wow maybe he needs sum basic oil training. Now I'm scared they might not have put the correct amount of oil in the car! Valvoline is starting to get a bad reputation in my opinion I have another car that's brand new it holds 5 quarts they put 8 in it 👀 didn't find out till I took it to Valvoline in vine Grove.

Donah was the best.all smile and explained everything.
