There was a long wait (40 minutes?) & then something was left hanging under my car. The person directing me out noticed it, & I had to pull back in (making the cars behind me move), so they could again work on it from below & detach whatever it was they left hanging! This never happened before at Valvoline, & it should not have happened. But I'm glad they noticed the problem before I left!

When checking the lights all he did was reach in turn the headlights on then off and turn signal to see if they were blinking. No one was in front or behind the car to check if they worked.. while checking my fluids his phone rang and he walked away. He did that twice while dealing with me. Checking the transmission fluid it was low and not showing on the dip stick. He said it didnu2019t mean anything but he did add fluid.. when he left for the second phone call, an older gentleman came over and double check all the fluids and put air in my tire..he was very courteous.
