I arrived a few minutes before closing with a $20 coupon that expired that day! I was so happy to use the coupon, and was greeted with smiling faces and welcoming words. The crew worked efficiently as usual for a Valvoline visit. No pressure to purchase a new air filter, as was suggested by staff. I do not feel as if they rushed through the service, and for that I am very appreciative, and will certainly return to this location in the future. Great Experience!!

Staff are always highly professional with good social skills and exceptional expertise. I'm a repeat customer because of a travel job, and they always remember me. That carries quite a bit of weight with me.

I came right as the store was opening on Sunday at 11am. Three employees arrived about 5 minutes before opening, and only one of the employees was actually dressed and prepared for work. Consequently, one of the employees was asked to come up to the floor on Bay 1, and he replied (irritably) "Hold on! I'm still getting dressed!". At this point, it was 11:05 and the employee was still not ready for work. Once he was actually on the floor, he made several complaints; he also asked me like 3 times to turn off my headlights, yet they were already off. Overall, the grumpy and ill-prepared employee made me seem like an inconvenience. When I denied his request to change my battery, he was like "okay then-- good luck on not getting stranded somewhere."I did not catch the name of the employee who had repeated displays of unprofessionalism, but I could describe him as heavy-set with short brown hair. Younger guy, perhaps in his early to mid-twenties (my visit occurred on 12/1/19).

With only one car in front of me I waited outside for an hour when they said they would get me in in just a minute and never apologized or acknowledged my wait. This is the first time I have been to this Valvoline but always go to Valvoline and this was the slowest one I’ve ever experienced. A long portion of the wait was one of the employees just talking with the person in the car in front of me, so frustrating. The same man that wasted all that time talking causing my wait to be an hour was who serviced my car and you could tell he was high on drugs. Then I let him know I was in a hurry when he was trying to just sit around and talk to me and watching him service my car I could see he was skipping over things and not properly checking. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Valvoline I wasn’t even going to go to Valvoline that day because you have become the most expensive for an oil change but I was in a hurry and thought you would be the fastest. I was very very wrong.
