When checking the lights all he did was reach in turn the headlights on then off and turn signal to see if they were blinking. No one was in front or behind the car to check if they worked.. while checking my fluids his phone rang and he walked away. He did that twice while dealing with me. Checking the transmission fluid it was low and not showing on the dip stick. He said it didn’t mean anything but he did add fluid.. when he left for the second phone call, an older gentleman came over and double check all the fluids and put air in my tire..he was very courteous.
