My car would not start after getting my oil changed. My car was perfectly fine before I pulled I to the bay. The service manager JAMES told me this was normal and that I needed a new battery. They had to jump my car to get it out of the bay. Iu2019m 56 years old, and NEVER EVER had my car not started after an oil change. The manager talked down to me and made me feel stupid. It was a horrible experience. I WILL NEVER return.

Very friendly showed me everything they were getting ready to do before they started let me know what everything would cost before being replaced also showed me oil level after being completed. Let me know the tire pressure and checked all devices to make sure everything was working correctly.Couldn't ask for a more friendly crew.

Very good staffu2026..very friendly and courteous! My dip stick broke while servicing which the staff had to remove with some difficulty which they did successfully. They called me at my home the very next day and informed me that the new OEM dip stick had arrived which they replaced at no additional charge!
