I noticed several "recommended" services on my file (5 to be exact) that were due or past due, and I knew it would be discussed because at my last oil change three months ago, it was suggested to do them and I simply didn't have time. This time though, I waited patiently, thought for sure the services would be explained and offered, and they never were. I finally ASKED about them, but the lady who helped me seemed to brush them off and say they weren't necessarily something I needed to do. So now I am confused. Was the first service person being pushy when I actually DIDN'T need services? Or was this service person simply not wanting to explain them or take the time?

There was an extremely long wait for the number of cars in line due to a mixup with one of the vehicles ahead of me. Once I was in the bay, there was some confusion about whether or not my vehicle was serviced by evacuation or by drain plug. They initially tried the evacuation, but had to pull the drain plug anyway. The staff also neglected to show me the oil level at the end of the service. The assistant manager, Chris, seemed to struggle to manage the staff present, but once the manager Julian returned from his break the shop started flowing much better.
