Very short staffed. Usually a team does all of service at each bay. This time they would leave my bay, go to another bay, another person would show up and ask me what had been done. That person would leave and a different person would return. It did not build confidence that everything was done and if anyone knew where there were in the process. What usually takes 10-15 minutes took almost 40 minutes. I was not consulted on the type of oil they put in. Had to ask them to check the air pressure. Not a good experience. They were nice but very unorganized. Would have been better if they had of shut down one of the 3 bays.

my only complaint is the first lady (celebrating her birthday) that checked me in said she would check the air pressure in the tires ... she didn't ... then when i pulled in i mentioned to the second tech lady she said she would do it ... she didn't ... it was on the invoice it was checked off ok ... asked the final tech a gentleman said he would do it ... and he did ... i know it was not done because the air pressure screen on the car never changed until the last guy DID do it ...
