I actually used their online chat which was very impressive. They got back to meQuickly and told me they had the battery in stock my car and a price. I went over there a few hours later and the team that took care of me was awesome! I always appreciate them telling meHow long it will be when I arrive. I appreciate that they acknowledge youu2019re there. They kept me informed the entire process and I never get the sales or pressure from other shops. I trust their recommendations. I canu2019t remember the names of the two techs that worked my car, but they were both friendly and kind. Iu2019ll continue to use this Valvoline for my oil changes and any other issues with my car.
