The staff member who waited on me was very delightful. Very polite. Very informative. And patient. The only bad thing I have to say is that other staff members who were completing work in the garage were forgetting that customers were in their cars with the windows open. We could hear everything they were saying and some of it was distasteful. In addition, very loud unsavory belches were easily heard and also distasteful. Even if you're under the car, such things tend to echo through the garage and into the ears of the customers.

I had 3 services completed on my visit, oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. When I left, my tire light was still on and my tires were still low. They were rotated bc the one that was low when I came in had moved, but they didn't fill the tires with air. Then, later that afternoon my car started pulling and jerking. The manager advised me to bring the car back in to have the fluids topped off. They added another bit of fluid when I went back in. But no compensation was offered for having to go back in TWICE and I barely even received an apology. For going back in twice to have 2 of the 3 services fully completed, I expected something. I'm in no rush to go back to any valvolines.
