After leaving car was making a new and odd noise had to go back to have everything rechecked. Was told it was missing fasteners. Seems that should been a basic part of closing up. I havenu2019t had this before at any other Valvoline and probably would avoid this location. Though staff was friendly and everything else seemed good.

I paid about $30 more than I had requested. I also had to wait for a very long time to get service even though there were 3 bays and I was next in line.
