DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here to get my oil changed, and when I drove off, the technician did not put my hood down all the way, and when I drove down the street, my hood flew up and smacked into my windshield and shattered it. Thank god no one was around me because I could have gotten myself killed or hit another driver. I immediately contacted customer service after calling the police, and they told me they would contact the store. The store manager, sierra called me and was extremely rude and told me they were denying my claim. She said that I told the technician not to latch down my hood… who in their right mind would say such a thing. I explained to her that I could have gotten into a car accident or had the windshield glass explode on me, and she didn’t care. I called Customer Service back, and they told me that since the store Manager is denying my claim that they automatically side with the store, and that if I want to do anything about this that I have to get a lawyer. I am now out thousands of dollars because of a mistake that they made. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.
