1.0 out of 5.0

I absolutely am disappointed and dissatisfied with my service and the fact I didn’t get everything I came for due to the horrible attitude of the worker and I leave and now have an oil leak really bad that I did not have before I came! I’ve never in life had these issues with Valvoline and her attitude was rude and down right no manners at all! Ignorance showed up big time! She felt if it wasn’t in their system it wasn’t done. Education needs to be applied and somebody needs to fix my car because I had no issues!

I came in for an oil change and flush, I didn't get the flush because the girl attitude was so nasty as if I was disturbing her now I have an oil leak which I definitely did not have at first! I literally asked them to make sure she didn't mess up my car and now my oil is pouring! Never again! I absolutely would not recommend this shop for anyone and I live in Indiana and just happen to stop for an oil change! I pay 100.00 and leave with a bigger issue is unbelievable because of a lazy worker who wanted to be smart!

Excellent service! The staff were all professional and polite. I went to get my oil changed, and they were kind when pointing out a few things that needed some TLC, including a brake light that has gone out. They were very quick with the oil light change. You have a returning customer!
