Even though it seems to be somewhat of a "cookie cutter" process, the employees seem to be trained to make sure everyone feels like they deserve more customized service. ONE suggestion ... is it at all possible to be able to check the reverse lights too? I know that having drivers put the car in reverse is probably not the best idea. Just trying to figure out a way for those lights to be involved in the light-check-process.

This is the location I switched to from my previous one. I was so impressed with the manager Val (I don't think she is at this location anymore) that I continue to return. The whole staff is Johnny on the spot and courteous and friendly. I won't go to any other location as long as that doesn't change.

The staff member told my husband that the 2011 Lexus ES 350 really needed a transmission flush. So he agreed to it. Then she took all of the pieces apart to do it. Then she couldn't figure out how to do it and was looking for something called a fill plug. She then told my husband Valvoline could not perform the service and took forever trying to "remember" how to put it all back together. My husband I were left very uncomfortable that she and the other staff member who came to help had a clue. We were left with a very uneasy feeling as to whether the car transmission fluid parts were put back together completely and correctly. Some type of training needs to be done. It was a female staff member and I don't remember the name.

The day that I was there......it was HOT. Air temperature in the high 90s and heat index above 100. I'm sure they were very hot being in the open air all day. Yet, they were exceptionally friendly & helpful. I stopped because I thought that I needed an oil change. The manager looked and said I really only need to be topped off as it had been less than 3 months since my last oil change. Of course, that saved me quite a bit of money. So........in tough physical circumstances for the staff.......they were very courteous AND looked out for my best interest by informing me that I was able to go a cheaper route that day. Outstanding service!!
