Emptied my oil without making sure that they had the filter they needed in stock. So I was stuck there until they went and retrieved the filter they needed. I was very impressed they compensated their mistake with 20% for making me wait. Mistakes happen but the fact they made it right was very good buisness in my opinion. People were very nice.
