I normally get my oil changed at Valvoline and have always appreciated their service, but tonight they really went above and beyond. I had a car full of tweens when we hit something that left a piece of my car dragging on the road. I pulled into the Newport Valvoline, and the staff jumped in to help immediately. Not only did they remove the problem, but they also filled my tires while I waited! Thank you so much for the fantastic service especially when the alternative was being stranded on a Friday night with a car full of tweens. Consider me a loyal customer!

Received an oil change and they did not install the bottom panel back correctly, which caused it to fall and scrape on the middle of interstate 75 less than 24 hours later. Went in for an oil change, now having to call and pay for a tow truck and make plans with my employment. This is an extreme inconvenience to say the least and is affecting me greatly. This review is being written from the shoulder of interstate 75, where I am stranded due to taking my car here for an oil change. It might just be a small mistake, but this has huge consequences and could have led (if it didn’t already lead) to further damage and necessary repairs on my car. I highly recommend considering other options that check the details and make sure the car is put back together before telling you to drive off with it.

Brought my company car here for a synthetic oil change, new wipers and air up the tires. Quick service and love getting to stay in my car while the oil is changed. All of the lube techs were courteous and friendly. I used to visit Goodyear, but I had to call and make an appointment, drop the car off all day and walk back to the office. This is a much more efficient use of my time.
