The team at Valvoline was very friendly and helpful and did their best to provide me a quality oil change and inspection in a timely manner. My only gripes were that I had to wait a long time due to the high volume of customers there (although the staff handled this as well as they could, even opening up another bay to accomodate everyone), and it was more expensive than I remembered for just a simple oil change.
