Iu2019ve been to valvoline several times and itu2019s always a good experience for a quick oil change. I have one near my house but of course when I decided it was time to go, it closed at 6:00. Googled said this other location closed at 630 so I went to this one, never had been to it before. I will use this location from here on out. Staff was awesome. My paper says Tom was the manager, not sure if thatu2019s who I spoke to the most but whoever he was, he was great. Extremely friendly. I showed up a little after 6, feeling bad they closed soon but he said he was glad I showed up, my car made it their 40th vehicle of the day. Again, whomever I spoke with was amazing. Very personable. The rest of the staff did the work so fast, it blew my mind how quick I was in and out. Will recommend this location to anyone near me from here on out. Itu2019s not much further from me than the cold spring location but it was hands down my best experience going to any place that works on vehicles.

The guys who helped me were amazing. They were very pleasant and happy to help me, and gave me all my options so I could make decisions on what I needed to get done. They really went the extra mile. I enjoyed talking to them while I was waiting and I think this was the most thorough job Iu2019ve ever had at Valvoline or any other place that Iu2019ve gotten an oil change.

Poor explanation of the products which led to me being sold a high mileage oil for a low mileage vehicle. I was offered conventional u201cdaily protectionu201d, synthetic blend u201chigh mileageu201d, or u201cadvancedu201d full synthetic. My truck has been serviced by the dealer since new purchase with a synthetic blend which is what I asked for. In later researching these products, the daily protection is a synthetic blend, but I was led to believe high mileage (more expensive) was my only option.

Got in and out quick, friendly service, courteous employees. Malachi, Ronnie and Gavin were professional, courteous and helpful even offering services that I was not aware they even offered. I got an affordable oil change, filter replacement and my brake lights/turn signal (L) replaced. Overall, very pleased and happy with the work, employees and experience. 10/10 will be back!
