Did not check my tire pressure even though it said that they did on the invoice. They did not help with resetting my oil service indicator light even though I told them that I didn't know how to do it and they marked on the invoice that they did help with it. Didn't tell me any prices until the oil change was complete. What if I didn't have enough money to pay for it and they had already completed the job. They were nice but some of them seemed like they didn't want to be there. They did not go over any recommendations with me, the only thing they made sure to tell me was totals sure and complete the survey.

Things took a little longer than I thought they would but there was a line of cars so that was to be expected.
