I brought my car in for a repair that was discovered during my last oil change. The oil tech brought the mechanic over and they were able to explain the issue, the repair, and provide me with an estimate for corrective action. At no time did I feel like I was being talked down to (or pandered to) because I am female, and I was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. When I dropped my car off, I forgot to ask about going ahead with another oil change, but the mechanic called and asked if I wanted that added. The repair was completed within the time frame and cost quoted. I am very satisfied and will continue to trust my vehicle with Valvoline.

Survey Comment: first time getting vehicle serviced. I pay attention to detail, Mr. Logan was I assume the team lead. PROFESSIONAL ! a Mr. Homero, Mr. Matthew and another fella, bottom line up front, GREAT TEAM ! they communicated, they made eye contact, operated as a TEAM ! didn't miss a beat, I will be bringing my other vehicles in FOR SURE ! hard to find a solid working, communicative team that is this well oiled (sorry bad pun!). DO NOT SEPERATE THIS TEAM ! spoke with the district manager about what I observed, and echoed my comments.
