I give it a negative review because my I've used this location multiple times with both of my vehicles. My sister took my Yukon and left with the hood saying it was opened. She pulled over trying to fix it, it wouldnt shut. She took it back and they said it was a frame issue where it was bent. My car has never had frame issue, we have went under my hood several times and it shut perfectly without ever having the dash warning saying the hood was open. They tried to make it seem like it was something we would have to go handle on our own until I started asking for the names of everyone who touched my car. The man left and came back with some tools to fix the issue that they created. I still didnt get the names. Yall need to get some better workers because I should come for an oil change and leave with damage to my car. Your workers will have you in litigation

Oil was leaking out of my car the very next morning after getting my oil changed at the Oak Grove Ky location.. I went back to valvoline and I was told that oil filter wasn’t tightened properly.

We have never had an issue here. Employees are always polite, answer any questions, provide impeccable service and work quickly but thoroughly. This is the only company we will have our oil changed while we live in this area.
