First time coming to this location since I work on Ft.Campbell and had read other great reviews. Initially came in for Oil Change, which was successfully completed, along with checks of my vehicle lights and engine fluids. It was recommended to get a Transmission fluid exchange, which I agreed to do because the price quoted was extremely reasonable compared to other places. Not only did the manager order the correct transmission fluid, but he also drove to go pick up the fluid from a nearby store in order to accomplish the task since they were unwilling to deliver it to Valvoline. I couldn't be more thankful for the effort and dedication of all the employees that helped service my Ram and help keep it on the road for many more miles. Thank you very much!
