Mr. James did an OUTSTANDING job!! He replaced my wiper blades, changed my oil, and want I especially liked was the fact that he was able to change my front passenger side turn signal bulb. He presented himself very professional and he did each item quickly and properly the first time. He deserves a BIG FAT raise! He has great customer service and there's not a company in the world that wouldn't want him on their payroll!! Please give him something monetary like a raise or $200 gift card, etc. Please don't simply pat him on the back and say, "at-a-boy". He deserves something he can authentically use, like "cash". I only want to deal with James from here on out! Why should I settle for the rest, when with James I can have the BEST!
