I pulled into this Valvoline because the skip pan on my rental car was dragging and I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I let them know up front that I needed their help and Mike got on the ground immediately crawled under my car to look at the issue. He then walked me through all the hardware he added back on and let me know that I would not have any more issues. I am honestly not sure what I would have done without him. He then refused any form of payment and wished me the best on my travel home. Heu2019s an asset to that store and the people who work there!
