The staff was fine and they were helpful, however, I had to return the following day because one of the screws that secured my skid plate had been overtightened & stripped. The fact that this happened was not the issue, the issue was the fact that only one person knew how to remove it and the last time I had my oil changed, it was at this exact same location, which means that it was overtightened & stripped out by Valvoline. Although I understand that things happen, having to return because no one else could remove it was a bit of an inconvenience.
