My service team had great customer service. Onyx assisted me immediately upon arrival. He was very helpful and his customer service skills were excellent. Both Onyx and the assistant manager Doug helped me get in and out without delay and appeared to have fun doing it. I also have to appreciate Noah at bottom side too since he got the job done in the excellent time. Thank you for making a chore in my work day go so much easier.

I don’t believe the staff could have worked any harder. There was a car in every bay and one car waiting at every bay. It took 90 minutes to complete my oil change from wait to finish. I thought that was a little long. But the staff could not have treated me any better. It’s a good crew that you could tell worked well together, but that 90 minutes will probably make me visit another location. I have never had an unfriendly visit at any of your locations in my area.

The two guys that took care of my car today was exceptionally nice, energetic and quick to get my car taken care of, and very professional. Since all the bays were full with other customers vehicles, while I waited, a very friendly guy came out and, while I was waiting for a spot, went ahead and scanned my VIN (repeat customer here), checked all my lights, etc... to save time once I was in the bay. That was excellent customer service, saving us both valuable time. I was VERY impressed by them!
