The service advisor scanned the vin and looked a mfg tire pressure then went on break. Had to ask Cody what the price was. The use of power tools is concerning. First experience at oil change shop where that’s acceptable. Wrong oil capacity added initially

They don’t communicate with each other. I was in there for 51 minutes waiting for an oil change. They added 6 quarts of oil and they had not even drained the old oil yet. Took them 40 minutes before they ever took out the drain plug. They we all whispering to each other because they didn’t want me to hear what they were doing. Terrible experience. I will not return

I had my oil vacuumed out of the car for the first time and that was odd. My husband said it can cause problems with stirring up sediment in the engine (he used to manage a jiffy lube years ago so he has expertise in oil changes) so that made me nervous. I'll probably go to the valvoline I usually go to next time because I've never seen them vacuum out my oil.
