Broke 2 of my luges off when rotating tires. Had to go to Evans Tire and get fixed. Don't think I'll be going back. Turned into a 5 hour experience.

Pulled in around 5:30pm September 25, 2026. Just wanted oil change. The oil change took a bit longer than I was expecting. I was in the bay for about 45 minutes. Upon leaving the VIOC on the Eastern Bypass in Richmond Kentucky, as I was driving I heard something fall from underneath my car. Then a scraping noise. The engine shield underneath my car was not put back appropriately. Once I got home to see what was going on underneath my vehicle I see that I had been dragging it most of the way home.
I called the Valvoline on Eastern Bypass and they sent someone to my home today, Saturday September 26th. They tell me that they will need to replace the part but for now they have to zip tie the piece back.
After trying to zip tie it up I am informed that they can't zip tie it all the way back, so I will still be dragging it around as I drive, possibly getting debris into my engine.
Not acceptable.
I am out 120$ for an oil change and now have damage on vehicle to show. I have pictures of before they zip tied the piece and the after of their so called fix.
I am waiting to hear from Valvoline about how we can resolve this issue.

I drive a company vehicle and I put a ton of miles on this bad boy traveling district to district. The manger, Kelsey, and her team. Sheldon, Victor, and Kelsey are efficient and do fantastic work. Also, everyone here has such a great attitude! When I need an oil change, this team is my favorite to work with! Thank you! Your hard work and great attitudes are greatly appreciated!
