They were very professional. The did discover my battery was in poor condition. They did not try to sell me a new one. I was told my battery was still under warranty. And go to where I bought. Saved me $250!

My experience was horrible. The technician stripped a bolt to my skid plate. And put the wrong oil in my vehicle. In which I called in June to confirm they had the oil my vehicle required. Brought my vehicle in on 07/16/2025 for an oil change. A couple days later I looked at my invoice and notice that they used the wrong oil. Now my Check engine light is on, and it never came on as long as I've owned my vehicle. I'm definitely not a happy customer and won't ever return , I'll be seeking damages because they are liable .
