Olivia was great and overall had a great experience. I felt comfortable explaining my concerns with my car! her and another guy was working on my car, I never caught his name though:( long hair!

We bought a new generator only to discover the gas line had a hole in it. It was below freezing and all we wanted was a warm/out of the wind place to change it. We were willing to pay for the space. They had it in the garage and were working on it when, I'm assuming management of some sort throw us out. Claiming insurance reasons. Heaven forbid you help people instead of throwing them into the cold. Knowing the weather that was already here, people seeking help and no help. Shame on you.

I was waiting a good 30 minutes before any other car showed up. They put a truck at the other door and ended up letting him in first. When I saw a worker I said something and was told they were moving me and the 3 cars behind me so I could go in after the truck and he was "just getting his tires done". Not happy about the long wait then having to wait longer because someone who came after me was put before me. Asked for wipers since I had to wait so long and was told the most they could do was $10 off. I have been going to this location for years and never any issues, I think I am going to take the extra few minutes and start going to the new location on the other side of town. I also had a coolant leak and asked them to cancel the evac method and pull the drain plug to be sure I didn't have any build up, they seemed very annoyed by this.
