2 stars because everyone was polite, a car came and spun out flying into the parking lot and workers went out back to hang out, didn’t check my tires or lights etc until I asked, pretty sure they just pretended to check my tires. Eating, drinking, hanging out, so many workers and only a few were working. I have no trust that they are doing what they say or even a good job on what they are doing. I’d rather wait for two hours than go here for convenience. This franchise owned store should seriously consider operating as it should be before they stop making a profit.

Over filled the oil by about 1/2 an inch. Over filling oil on a car causes tons of issues. Do you not get paid enough? Do you hate your jobs?
