I was waiting a good 30 minutes before any other car showed up. They put a truck at the other door and ended up letting him in first. When I saw a worker I said something and was told they were moving me and the 3 cars behind me so I could go in after the truck and he was "just getting his tires done". Not happy about the long wait then having to wait longer because someone who came after me was put before me. Asked for wipers since I had to wait so long and was told the most they could do was $10 off. I have been going to this location for years and never any issues, I think I am going to take the extra few minutes and start going to the new location on the other side of town. I also had a coolant leak and asked them to cancel the evac method and pull the drain plug to be sure I didn't have any build up, they seemed very annoyed by this.

Aside from the slightly more than $20 extra that I paid here that I don't pay anywhere else in the country, and the gigantic greasy oily handprints by my door The oil change wasn't too bad. I thought it was odd that there was a ton of kids in there. Borderline chaos.
