Please do not go to this location, it is truly predatory. I sent my leasing agent to get a basic oil change and she left crying because her bill was $145. The attendant their who is named Corey, did not review pricing with her ahead of time, they chose the most expensive option and then showed her their computer once the oil change was already done. She was told she would get a filter and thought she was getting it for free and it was $50!! When I called corporate, their response was that they charge for labor as well. Clearly, I need to switch professions as I could be making much higher profits installing an air filter for $30 in labor. I called corporate for help and they said they did not have the authorization to give me any kind of refund and that they store had the final say. Interestingly, I called the store and was transferred to corporate so I guess that’s how that works. If you have a young daughter or anyone that is easily manipulated, do NOT go here they will bleed you for all your worth for things you don’t need and then do nothing to make it right. Also, if you need an air falter, call your girl here and I’ll replace for half their cost and still make a profit.
