Supposed to open at 9:30 no one is here the employee or at the doughnut shop next door. Now they show up laughing like children not even ready to work and inside the shop just talking it's 9:45 I should be pulling out.

My kid goes to UL - got oil change before coming home for holidays - noticed a lot of oil on driveway today. Called them but no help as we live in Illinois. Nothing they can do other than call our local store and get resolved. Valvoline claims involved and mgr Cole Johnson massive fail. He was to call local store and update Valvoline corp claims. He didn’t. Local Valvoline is franchise and other than saying original store failed at oil filer install nothing done to satisfy/resolve issue. Corp involved but id stay away and Cole Johnson shouldn’t manage anything. More to come but I’m not optimistic but am determined and will see to the end. Valvoline has TB o. Process to follow to change oil and how to advise and flag invoice if oil leak noticed - there is no flag on invoice. We 100% know there were no issues prior and yet here we are. Determined to see this to the end.
