Shocked that SuperPro process not followed. There was no check of lights, no check of tire pressure performed. Air filter was not removed and shown. Oil change was completed quickly and efficiently, however. I wonder if store was completely staffed.

I was surprised how much the cost of oil changes has increased! I take all my vehicles to Valvoline for oil changes because they have been much cheaper than OEM service departments. Now, I am going to check OEM prices again. For a little Subaru car, it was $76. Outrageous!!
