Valvoline Instant Oil Change

JD and Andrew were amazing. They work great as a team and made my oil change fast and easy. Would highly recommend this location.

I have had my oil changed here many times...always excellent service...and I have no doubt if I had got into the building, I would have gotten excellent service again. This is not about that. This is about time management and deploying resources efficiently. I asked two different employees, three different times if they though I would be finished by a certain time. All three times they assured me, yes, we should be able to get you out by then. But as time went by I noticed an extremely inefficient use of everyone's time and a crazy amount of time spent on one vehicle. It was obvious they needed further training in effective use of their time....sooo much time is wasted by the running back and forth, not knowing what the other is doing. AND DON'T GET ME WRONG...they are working...not goofing off...it is just so ineffecient they way the are doing things. I know, without a doubt, there was no way I was going to be done in time so I had to leave...because I wasn't even in the building and there was still a vehicle ahead of me. They need some direction, and they need possibly some additional training on how to properly deploy their resources. Will I go back, you bet! (As long as I have plenty of time to spare) They are a great group and I trust them. I just wish they had some direction on how to be more efficient and it would make them, hands down, the best oil change place in this town. Again, they are a great group and they seem to be working hard...I just wish I could make a quick trip there and get it done.
