Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I absolutely just love the service I received and the friendly staff members were amazing. Will be going back to get my car serviced.

Team members were fine and did a good job. Cannot complain about them doing their jobs. I normally perform all my own repair and maintenance on my vehicles as I’m a very well mechanically inclined individual who enjoys it. I purchased a newer vehicle for commuting to work in and in order to keep the warranty up I decided to try Valvoline for my first oil change on it. That was a grave mistake on my part. Price for the oil change was absolutely ridiculous. I can go to the dealer and receive a full synthetic oil change for less than 1/2 of what Valvoline charges for theirs. I refuse to pay 108$ for 25$ worth of oil and a 3$ oil filter. I went with the synthetic blend and thankfully had a coupon that got it down to about 67$ or so which is still highway robbery. The Walmart less than 1000 feet away I can schedule a full synthetic oil change with VALVOLINE oil right now for 58$. There was no convince as I still had to wait about 30 minutes or so. Even if I wanted the extra services performed on my vehicle Valvoline carries nothing to do it with and I don’t drive an exotic vehicle it’s a 2023 Ford Escape ST with the 1.5 EcoBoost I3. So there is literally zero reason for myself to even come here for convenience as they can only change my oil and fill up my tires lol. Can’t even change the air filter if I wanted it done. I will not be back here and will schedule an oil change at the dealer or somewhere else for a much cheaper price. Valvoline is robbing people blind for no real convenience. Go schedule an oil change at the dealer or at Walmart for a much much better price with the same or better service.
