My car made all three bays full. They somewhat started then. Disappeared. Communication was hit or miss . One guy came over and asked aloud what was going on with my car. The others that came in after me had left. It was at least 20 minutes. The one guy, I don’t think it was a manager was trying to drive the work to completion shaking his head. He was very kind and apologetic. There was grease on my driver door handle when I got home. And for the second time I’ve visited, they did not reset the oil maintenance notification (I thought they used to do that)?
