I called ahead for my oil change, knowing that my filter is a difficult find. I was assured by Kaitlyn the area manager that the filter was sitting on the managers desk. This was not true. What I found was that she drove and picked up the filter, which I appreciate, however, was given the wrong filter. Things happen, however, she didn’t check to make sure the correct filter was indeed available. I have asked for a callback from the area manager and she will not call me. Derek is the only reason I would return to this location. John does not know how to handle upset customers. Kaitlyn doesn’t want to return an upset customer call. Why would I want to do business with you again? I might add, this is the second time I’ve had this issue with Valvoline at two different locations. I was told to buy my own filter and bring it. I will do that going forward, but I will not be using Valvoline.Again, Derek is fantastic and I appreciate his customer service and his empathy to the situation.
