Was at the Walton location yesterday 1/23/26 for an Oil change the employee said they didn't have my oil filter in stock so I called this morning 1/24/26 and the Manager Derrick answered my call and I explained what happened and he had the filter delivered immediately and I was able to come on in. Greatly appreciated his service going above all matters so I could get my service on my car before the storm hits. I recently was going to the Florence location but since walton is closer to me and the staff were extremely helpful and super nice I will now continue to come to the walton location. Thank you so much Valvoline for all that you do for my car needs.

We were having car issues —our car wouldn’t start because the battery wires weren’t connected well on our Mini Cooper. Kaitlyn walked over with my son and fixed it in the parking lot in front of the coffee shop. Not only did they not charge us but she asked if she could help in any other way. You all went above and beyond!! Thank you for helping us get home from our 8 hour trip!!
