On Sept. 5/24 at 11:31 am my car overheated and I made it to the valvoline in Walton, KY ID0001. The manager is Jonathan. I had recently had an oil change and coolant flush at the valvoline on mall rd in Florence, KY. Apparently there was an air pocket from the recent coolant flush and the techs here in Walton, Ky purges the coolant system and got my vehicle operating in a timely manner which was very important as I was on the way to the hospital to see my father. I canu2019t thank Valvoline enough for taking care of my vehicle and getting me back on the road !!

The personnel are very professional. They apologize for any wait even if you only wait 5 minutes. Iu2019m in and out in no time with an oil change. Since that manager that they have at the Mt Zion location has started there, there is a very noticeable change in the way the personnel act and the service you get is top notch. The personnel act very respectful and they look respectful. Itu2019s like I donu2019t dread going for an oil change because those guys just make that experience more enjoyable, as enjoyable as an oil change can be, ha ha. I guess in todayu2019s climate of a lot of bad service you have to endure with people not caring about how they do their job, that Mt Zion Valvoline actually stands out with their service. Iu2019ve even told people about how good they are now, and when do you tell people about an oil change place or experience.
