I enjoy the convenance of getting my oil changed during my lunch break. I like they check the tires, light and battery. They identified my battery strength was beginning to fail. I authorized them to change out the battery. They were not able to remove the positive battery cable. They were professional enough to quit before they did any damage. I went to the Subaru dealership and had the cable replaced. I believe most places would have damaged my car and just said it wasn't their fault. That is the kind of service I am looking for.

Waited 15 minutes before being told which bay to move to. The bay I was directed to move to had three cars through before I was finished. One of which the gave a discount for having to wait so long. Once in the bay, it took another 10 to 15 minutes before anyone started checking me in. Then another 10 minutes for anyone to start any work. The young man checking me out, kept saying good deal and thank goodness when I didn’t want to do the larger services because of the time. Usually, I have a pretty good experience at this location, but this time was definitely not one of those! to make matters worse I took another vehicle the very next day to the tire discounters just up the street and an oil change and wipers tax and all was under $80. That’s without any discounts for being a fleet vehicle. Just for an oil change on my car, it was almost double with the coupon I used.

They took the time to explain the differences in the oil types since they were out of the one that was recommended. I had been getting the wrong oil that wasn’t benefiting my car. They cleaned my air filter to extend the life of it since they were out of stock and put me down to be contacted when one arrives. They were friendly, made me laugh, and knew their stuff. Four different people started the process or stepped in partway through. There was also some discussion under the hood, again involving 4 people. My confidence in the team was fading as time went by. They were courteous for sure. I’m likely to go back to the new shop by Lexington Costco as they seem more experienced. I again had to provide my own oil filter as neither Lexington or Winchester ships (apparently no stores) carry the filter. I have a common Kia Carnival 2023. It’s been out since 2022.
