Dustin was completely disrespectful during the entire process. Firstly, I waited almost an hour with cars blocking me in to get to my turn for service. When he first approached my car, he stated "what do you need?". I explained an oil change and inspection sticker- his response was oh sure I can inspect your car, then walked away rudely. The assistant was nice and helpful and explained the prices and I added on some injection cleaner as well. Dustin, proceeded to to complete the inspection, but voiced no concerns during the process. He then made me pull out of the Bay and made a very loud and big deal about my car failing inspection and slapping a very loud red sticker on my car. When I asked why, he stated the window tent being 4 pts over legal limit and I had 30 days to fix it. I was in complete shock as I have had this car for 14 years and had it inspected numerous times at this location specifically and never been told before this information. This car was bought from the dealership in 2010 and no tent has ever been changed by me. Mostly, I am upset with his rude unprofessional manner and if he would of talked to me during the process instead waiting to the end, I would't be ma
