Mike and his staff super friendly and eager to accommodate myself. I am a mechanic my self so Iu2019m a u201cpickyu201d customer and want things done a certain way inside of there sops. Mikes top leader took charge and handled the task asked of him with a smile as well as Mike was involved in every car coming through with a smile and a hand shake to let everyone know who he is and a smile and extremely knowledgeable of forgiegn cars and knew the actions to take! Mike then applied a small discount to my bill after seeing my military id and was not asked of him! That says a lot about his character as well his observations of things around him!
