I appreciate the speed, but speed means nothing if the job isn't done correctly. After leaving, I noticed that my car was making a noise as if it was in a low gear. The check engine light came on. I took my car to the dealership for this issue on Saturday June 1, and told the staff what I was experiencing. They had multiple ideas on what could be the problem. Turned out, the cover for my air filter and the hose wasn't secured. Why was the air filter tampered with in the first place? All I wanted was an oil change and a tire rotation. I thought valvoline would've at least checked the tire pressure, but no air was added. I will return back to the dealership and spend my money there
