The most unprofessional valvoline that Ive been to. I came for a courtesy check and popped the hood out of habit knowing they usually have to pop the hood before doing anything on the vehicle per their safety protocol (superpro process). They didnt lift the hood so I asked the lady if the guys could close the hood since it was still popped. She just joked around about how they were going to let us drive off with it like that so our hood would fly up while driving and cost us alot of money before our trip. They joked about how the tire check wasnt free and that they were going to charge us for taco bell money. This definitely isnt any way to talk to customers and I wont be going back to that valvoline again. Which is sad because I would prefer to go to a valvoline closer to my house instead of always going to the north market location which has never given me issues and the north market location always has the sweetest staff members.

Drove in. 1 car in a bay, second bay empty. Sat in my truck for 10 minutes. They never acknowledged I was even there. I only use valvoline for my oil changes. I have never been ignored while using other locations. They’ve always gotten me to pull in the empty bay. This place never even looked my way. I don’t have 10 minutes to sit there ignored. Guess I’ll find another location.
