The techs changed my oil filter but never drained my engine oil and put the new engine oil in my engine with old engine oil. Had to wait for techs to drain all of that oil and put new oil back in my engine. It was a timely visit and was so hot I was drenched in swet.

I would recommend this location to anyone in the surrounding area. I live in Texas and needed an Oil change and my Mother recommended I get it done here before driving home. Ian suggested a tire rotation once I got home. My Dealership in TX usually does it. I asked where I could get it done. He said we can do it if you need us to. I said go right ahead. Great guys and I would honestly get my Oil change here again if I need one the next time I am home for a visit. Professional and very thorough. I posted on FB about my exprerience!!

All of the staff were clearly very happy to help and fully engaged from the moment I pulled in, even despite the blazing heat. Everyone was very knowledgeable about how they were going to go about diagnosing my AC issue and made sure to keep me in the loop as they performed tests. Shortly after, they got my AC blowing colder than I’ve ever felt. I waited for weeks to get an appointment with a dealership to have my car’s AC serviced, and they had my car for nearly a week without even being able to diagnose my problem. These guys had me in and out within 30 min for less than $160 when the dealership was going to charge me $400 just to diagnose the problem. Lesson learned, I’ll be starting at Valvoline in the future!
