The manager, Hannah, was very enthusiastic about helping me. I have had my Toyota Avalon for over 12 years and nobody has ever told me I had a cabin filter. Hannah got right to work and disassembled my glove box and pulled out a cabin filter that, for lack of a better word, was awful. She along with the rest of the staff were, and have always been, kind and helpful. The Natchitoches location of Valvoline Instant Oil Change is where I go and will continue to go for all my vehicles. Great place to have locally.
