Lower Garden District

First I must lay out the groundwork - how I ended up at your location, 1735 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans Louisiana. Recently, I lost a dear, dear friend, a gentleman who owned Regal Auto Repair, located downtown New Orleans in the Marigny Neighborhood. Raphael had been a Master Auto Guru, maintaining every auto I have owned for many years. Once I got over my denial of him passing, I began researching individually-owned Auto Repair businesses in the area. Although I am very busy with work, I visited more than 20 business websites offering drive-through oil changes, and other available services. First on my list of requirements was "whether or not" a business carried and had, in stock, the specific synthetic oil I use, as I needed to return to a regular maintenance schedule. After time spent reading through reviews from the past 12 months, I finally settled on your specific Valvoline location........I am so glad I did. I am very knowledgeable of how cars work, especially my specific model's maintenance requirements. I would never show up to any auto repair/maintenance business expecting miracles, if I had never removed a dip-stick, checked a warning light, or even check my tires' air pressure. As soon as I arrived at your shop, I was welcomed by 'DJ', who was very friendly & knowledgeable 'right out the gate'. I got good 'vibes' from the other employees outside there in the bays, as well. DJ answered all the questions I had on a written list, we agreed upon what I wanted done, confirmed the total price, the work was completed in a timely fashion, I received an itemized bill (did not faint, either, by the way). DJ went one-step further, going over the detailed invoice with me, and highlighting in yellow marker, every option I had requested. The invoice clearly included the deduction from the bill for the DISCOUNT COUPON I had received in an email when researching oil changes....you can't beat that! Excellent Service! Thank You.....Thank You....Thank You! As the Terminator once remarked...."I'll Be Back"
