Overfilled new oil. Left oil residue on hood and drivers side door. Didn't have cabin filter recommended or air filter. Not the usual good service.

When I drove up, the workers seem aggravated. They act as if I was a burden, I guess because when I pulled up they were just sitting around on the inside not doing anything. One guy did my entire oil change why the others just took my payment and went back on the inside and sat down and started back talking and doing nothing. It's really ashame and so unprofessional. Hopefully Valvoline will get dedicated workers that actually want to work and not just come to work and do nothing and expect to get paid.
