It was late when I pulled in to begin with, like almost time to close and your staff was courteous, knowledgable, and made sure I had everything needed......then my bankcard did not satisfy the amount due. Your manager and the technician that was helping me originally went beyond expectations to help me satisfy the balance due after my card pmt. I appreciated them so much and will reward them as they did me. They need a raise.....very good customer service which makes great employees.

There was only 3 employees trying to work to bays. One of them refused to do anything but pop hood add oil and that’s it. Said she could not get dirty at work she had an appointment after work. It took over an hour to get an oil change only on a 23 Chevy 1500. Tha was once I got in the bay. No leader ship or management at all. And price is outrageous for the service you receive. The price is outrageous all the way around when I can perchase the oil an filter my self for about 55 dollars.
