I came in having problems with my oil filter and the manager met at the door with a smile. He told me they would put it on rack and look for me. I had fought with that car for a week and I broke down and the manager let me cry on his shoulder. They fixed my Jeep and sent me on my way with a smile, good bye, and come back and see us.
